Meet Your Instructor:

Andy Orizotti

“I knew there must be a better way to feel. You’re not supposed to wake up every day hurting and being uncomfortable in your own body.”

Andy found Pilates in search of balance for her body after years of sprinting and lifting weights. She fell in love with this type of movement and how it made her feel and has been practicing and teaching for over 20 years. She uses her experience and knowledge from years of being a multi-sport athlete, coaching & training to create the workouts for Pilates Fusion Training.

Andy is trained and certified in the Stott Pilates Method, a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and uses her experience and knowledge as a multi-sport athlete, weightlifting, sprinting, and coaching to create the workouts for Pilates Fusion Training.
