Meet the Founder:
Andy Orizotti

“I knew there must be a better way to feel. You’re not supposed to wake up every day hurting and being uncomfortable in your own body.”
Andy found Pilates in search of balance for her body after 4 years and 8 seasons of being a D1 400 runner. She fell in love with this type of movement and how it made her feel ~ mind and body , and has now been practicing and teaching for over 20 years. She combines her extensive Pilates study with her training in mobility, other types of movement, core conditioning, and uses her years of experience being a multi-sport athlete, coaching and training to create workouts for Pilates Fusion Training.
Andy is trained and certified in the Stott Pilates Method, a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is certified in M.F.A. Mobility and specializes in athletic conditioning.
Andy gets to call 3 amazing humans her kids. She is an avid sports fan, loves her daily walks with her doggie, traveling, matcha, kale and anything that tastes like grass, the sunshine, reading, writing, baking and running.
