New classes and sessions range from 1 minute plank challenges to 20 minute Circuit Classes to quick everyday Pilates classes and full 50 minute sessions! Absolutely EVERYTHING can be done from your home or on location while you travel for work or for fun!
Some classes have minimal equipment like small stability balls or bands, but props are always optional and there are plenty without any equipment at all.
Our lives are busy. But, never forget that even 10 minutes of movement can be beneficial to your day and your overall health. Balancing your body truly helps you to balance your life.
