You can do the 10 minute workouts & restorative sessions literally anywhere from the field to the rink, on the track, in the gym or in your dorm room from online or the app. Equipment is super minimal and likely things you already have anyway. And… these workouts are quick, which I think is a key component to this program. I know you have practice, skills sessions, strength and conditioning training and film. There is little time for Pilates (even if you already know and are interested in the benefits).
