Empower Strength and Pilates

Empower Strength and Pilates 6 Week Program brings you the best of both worlds: STRENGTH and PILATES.  Our bodies need strength training, and Pilates can benefit your mind and body in so many different ways.  With this program, you get both!

Empower combines strength and Pilates to help you build muscle, improve flexibility and core strength, and feel more confident in how you move and function in your daily life.  Over 6 weeks, you will follow a thoughtful, balanced workout calendar that blends workouts from Stacey Roberts and Andy Garreffa Orizotti, so you’re supported in both strength and mindful movement.

Who is the Program For?

Empower is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re new to movement or looking to deepen your routine, this program meets you where you are.

If you want to improve your strength, flexibility, posture, and mind-body connection while finding balance in your fitness journey, Empower is for you!  It’s about feeling confident in your body and empowered in your life, no matter where you’re starting from.  The most important thing is to start! Start right where you are – today!

Empower is for you if you’re ready to carve out time for yourself and make your fitness a priority.  The intentional movement in all planes of motion will help your body feel great and improve how you move in everyday life.  

The Workouts

Empower includes six guided workouts per week for 6 weeks, alternating between strength training and Pilates.  Each week, you will follow a balanced mix of:

  • 3 Strength Workouts
  • 3 Pilates-based Workouts

You can follow the calendar as written or move through the workouts at your own pace.  If 4-5 days a week works better for your schedule, simply complete the sessions in order as you go.  The goal is consistency, not perfection!

Two Expert Trainers

Stacey Roberts leads all of the strength workouts.  Stacey spends a good amount of time walking on her hands and dancing her way in and out of the workouts, keeping things very fun!  As a gymnast and athlete her entire life, Stacey trained for her sports.  But, as an adult, fitness felt more like a chore until she found group fitness.   Once she started enjoying her workouts and feeling the benefits both mentally and physically, she decided to get certified and begin teaching her classes.  

What began as a hobby teaching group classes and sharing workouts online quickly grew when she realized so many others felt the same way and could benefit from home workouts they didn’t dread.  Stacey brings a positive voice to the fitness industry with a focus on more than just aesthetics.  Her passion for helping people feel their best mentally and physically led to launching a website, creating programs, writing recipe books, and launching an app.  Stacey is trained in 7 different fitness formats, including a group fitness certification through AFAA.

Empower, to me, means giving someone the tools, confidence, and strength to take control of their own journey.  It’s about helping people realize how strong and capable they already are – and then building on that foundation. It’s not about changing who you are; it’s about unlocking the energy, resilience, and power that is ready to shine through. Stacey’s biggest hope, as with every program she creates, is to make fitness more accessible and help people work out from home with minimal equipment, no matter their fitness level.  Stacey is a professional and expert in the fitness field and provides options and modifications that help people get started and, more importantly, keep going!

Andy Garreffa Orizotti leads all of the Pilates Workouts.  Andy has been an athlete her entire life.  After her sprinting career in college, she knew there must be a better way to feel. The pounding and heavy lifting without the added mobility and flexibility work had taken a toll after 8 seasons as a D1 sprinter. She ended up at a physical therapy studio that offered Pilates classes.  On a search for balance, she found something that would not only become part of her life forever, but also change it.

Pilates was the answer, the missing puzzle piece her body needed.  After only a few months, she started to feel and recognize the improvements in flexibility, and she LOVED the change of movement Pilates brought into her life.  As an avid runner and triathlete after college, Andy knew Pilates was what she needed in combination with anything else she did in her life.

Like Stacey, because she felt so passionate about the way Pilates made her mind and body feel, she got certified to teach.  As a certified personal trainer, track coach, speed enhancement coach, & cycling coach, Pilates was a great addition.  Pilates has been the one form of movement that has always been present in Andy’s life for over 20 years, even through 3 pregnancies.  She is extremely passionate about helping others feel the benefits to both mind and body that Pilates brings.  Andy believes the breath work, the combination of strength and flexibility, and mobility, is a complement to any other form of movement in life.  

Andy’s Pilates workouts are a fusion, bringing together her background in personal training, lifting, and as an athlete.  She fuses yoga, barre, and circuit training, always with the core foundation of her Stott Pilates certification that she keeps current with continuing education classes each year.  Like Stacey, Andy has built a business out of her passion, launching a website, a growing Video on Demand Platform, App, and a blog. Her voice of consistency, finding JOY in movement and in life and progress over perfection, are the biggest things she hopes people take away from her classes and programs.  

Empower to me is helping someone realize and stand in their own power to be the very best version of themselves, gaining strength and confidence along the path of life.  Everyone has to take control of their own life, their own journeys, and happiness, and movement is a huge part of that.
