Empower Strength + Pilates Program

Empower Strength + Pilates is a 6 week program combining strength training and Pilates workouts that can all be done from home.  Designed by two experts in the fitness industry, Stacey Roberts designed and guides you through the strength training portion of the program while Andy Orizotti designed and guides you through the Pilates. portion.  

For 6 weeks, there are 3 strength and 3 Pilates workouts each week, helping you build muscle, improve flexibility and core strength, and feel more confident in how you move and function in your daily life.  You can follow the workout calendar as written or go at your own pace.  

Two Expert Trainers

Stacey spends a good amount of time walking on her hands and dancing her way in and out of workouts, keeping things very fun! As a gymnast and athlete her entire life, Stacey trained for her sports. What began as a hobby has led Stacey to build a career out of fitness from launching a website, creating an app, sharing on social media @fitnessmomness and being trained in 7 different fitness formats.

Also an athlete her entire life, Andy found Pilates after her collegiate running career came to an end in search of better body balance. What began for her as work on her body launched a lifetime passion and career as a fitness and Pilates Instructor leading to her own website, a video on demand subscription service, a Pilates for Athletes program, sharing on social media @pilatesft and being certified in multiple fitness formats including The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Andy continues her education each year because she loves learning and staying current on what changes in the fitness world and to keep her certifications current.
